Children and extra beds

Under current terms, children under three without their own bed stay free of the accommodation charge. Children aged three to twelve may get a reduced rate on stays of three nights or more. The final price is always calculated by Pobytník for the specific stay.

Local fee

A local stay fee under the current Pluhův Žďár municipal decree may be added to the price. If it applies to your stay, Pobytník shows it before confirmation.

Platba

Accommodation and refreshments can be paid by card. The exact method and date of payment appear during the booking step.

Cancellation terms

Zrušení více než 14 dnů před příjezdem je bezplatné, 14 až 7 dnů před příjezdem činí storno 50 % a méně než 7 dnů 100 % ceny. U nevratné sazby storno možné není. Celé znění najdete v obchodních podmínkách.

When will I get my booking confirmation?

The booking is only sent after you confirm it. The confirmation and payment instructions arrive by e-mail from Pobytník.

Is breakfast included in the price?

Snídani si můžete přiobjednat za 220 Kč na osobu a noc. V rezervaci ji zvolíte u pobytu a systém ji rovnou započítá do ceny.

Can I bring a dog?

Ano, pobyt psa nebo jiného domácího zvířete stojí 200 Kč za den. Zvíře prosím nahlaste už při rezervaci, ať vám připravíme vhodný pokoj.

Is there parking at the guesthouse?

Ano, zdarma na vlastních parkovištích P1, P2 a P3 přímo za penzionem. K dispozici jsou i dvě nabíjecí stanice Loxone pro elektromobily.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in from 3 pm, check-out by 10 am. Another time can be arranged in advance.

Jak se za pobyt platí?

Zálohu 50 % uhradíte převodem do 7 dnů od potvrzení rezervace, doplatek nejpozději 7 dnů před příjezdem — výzva s částkou, variabilním symbolem i QR kódem vám přijde e-mailem. Na místě lze platit také kartou.
